Now that Detour is over, so is this club for awhile! But not just yet!

I would like to announce the winner of the VIDEO CONTEST WE HAVE! It was a hard decision, but after a long thought process....

On a side note, don't forget the MoA raid! That's right! Dash through those gates of Mall of America's!! Even if you can't make it to the convention, you will get to see a lot of cosplayer! This will take place on the 28th of March~ More information can be found over at the official website. NOTE: The mall raid is not part of Anime Detour's programing, go at your own risk!

3/2/09: March is here you guys and Detour is only some decent weeks ahead! A friendly reminder that the contest will end on the 28th~ Another friendly reminder, if I don't receive any submission by the 23th of March, I will call it a day and go with default winners~

3/1/09: Hello Anime Detour fans!!! For our contest, we will like to see creativity! Plus-- we understand everyone is heavily preparing for the Detour and because of this, we want to make this contest rather simple!!

This contest is non-the less a slide show contest!

That's right! take those old 200x-2008 anime detour photos of your and make a slide show of it with YOUR favorite J-music SONG!

How easy is that? if you don't have any pictures... FEEL FREE to head over to the Anime Detour Official site to use some! OR use the one here on dA! NOTE: always ask before using~

All submission must be submitted by March 28, 2009

Rules:
1.) ANIME DETOUR PHOTOS ONLY
2.) Video must length from 1 min. minimum to 2 min. MAX

2/25/09: Hello Anime Detours Fans!' There is really only 36 days left!! Really can you believe that? 36 days left!

Make sure to get those cosplay gears and THINGS TO DO Over at the detour set! It may sound silly!! But planning ahead is always vital; definitely when it comes to conventions!

To make it MUCH more memorable, I would like to bring up a request! No in fact, it is more that a request! You guess it! A contest!

That's right!

Tips for the Anime Detour:
Plan ahead always!
Get plently of sleep before the detour!
Please don't abuse cosplayers, ask for pictures to be taken.
Ask before you glomp. Safety 1st always!
Be respectful to artist~
Please don't bring real weapons!! Or attempt to use them!
Don't get drunk before the J-Music Party!
Wear/bring extra clothing in case of bad weather.
Make new friends (hopefully) and come back again for next year!
